Reservation System Implementation Specialist
Join a fast growing cruise and travel system provider, Do you have reservation manager level experience of reservation booking systems, and admin level booking system experience in travel companies, do you like to travel?
Company:
Young fast growing company that supplies Reservation, CRM, Property Management Systems (PMS) and Point of Sale (POS) systems for the cruise, hospitality and travel market.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled professional with experience in reservations and/or property management systems at administrator or purser level.
Responsibilities include:
- Implementing our system at client sites, at cruise lines and wholesalers and do customer support from our offices when implementation is concluded.
- Project management, pre and post implementations.
- Training and support of users.
- Crystal report writing.
Requirements:
- Excellent understanding of reservation booking systems and general travel booking system processes.
- Good general knowledge of systems and Microsoft office suite products, any network, OS and basic understanding of databases (SQL) and crystal reports is a plus.
- Willingness to travel.
- In depth knowledge of the cruise industry, great customer service skills and highly responsible.
